Born in the former Soviet Union, Vera arrived in the U.S. as a 16-year-old with nothing but a suitcase, a scholarship, and an abundance of curiosity. Thanks to the Freedom Support Scholarship, backed by former Senator Bill Bradley, she first landed in California. Paving her own way with scholarships, she earned an MFA from New School University—perfectly fitting for someone who’s always been drawn to creativity.

With a 20-year career in project management and a passion for storytelling, Vera has worn many hats throughout her career. At Rational Unicorn, she's found her dream team: talented, passionate and altruistic professionals who are dedicated to helping others, all while adding a touch of magic. Whether she's on set or managing projects, Vera brings warmth, humor and a belief that no challenge is too big when tackled with a bit of heart and lots of sparkle.
