A Fresh Approach
We believe that legal services should be straight-forward and transparent. That’s why we take an unconventional approach to billing by utilizing flat-rate billing.
We give everyone all the information they need upfront, including a flat-free price and a detailed scope of work, so clients can feel confident they know what they are signing on to. We will never charge you for legal services we haven’t discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Our History
We were founded in Portland in 2017 and are now a virtual firm that serves the entire West Coast. We have a team of attorneys who are laser-focused on providing authentic, magical support for small businesses and nonprofit organizations.

As a lawyer, my guiding purpose is to empower people to do good business.
