You’ll meet with one of our attorneys by video to discuss your goals and learn how our engagement model works. Afterward, we’ll send you a personalized flat-rate project quote so you can decide which services are right for you.

Our Process

Meet with an attorney for a free 20-minute call to discuss your needs.
Receive a flat-rate project quote with clear scope and pricing.
Begin your project by signing terms, providing info, and paying invoice.
Finalize your documents with a review meeting.

We exclusively practice business, nonprofit, and intellectual property law.
We cannot help with things such as litigation, residential tentant matters, personal injuries, criminal defense, or immigration matters.

Most legal projects are completed within 2 weeks from the date payment is received.
However, if you project is more complex or there is a delay in our communication, then your project may take longer.

We’ll send you a scheduling link within 1 business day after you submit your consultation request form.
Most project quotes are emailed within 2 business days after your consultation. Every quote includes flat-rate pricing and a clear scope of work so you know exactly what to expect.

We only provide a free 20-minute consult to first time clients.
If you would like to book additional time, you can schedule a paid 30-minute consultation by emailing us.
