✤ Meet one of our attorneys and better understand our firm’s processes such as pay as you go, flat fee project billing

✤ Discuss the projects you are working on or challenges you are facing to determine whether hiring an attorney is right for you

✤ The attorney will not be reviewing documents or business filings before or during the call (unless for context purposes). The attorney will give advice on services and options on moving forward but not specific legal advice or legal conclusions

✤ Ask questions to determine whether or not the firm is a good fit for you both personally and professionally

✤ Receive a personalized project quote email after your consultation

✤ Time Duration: 30 minute call or video meeting (please specify your choice)

✤ Specific legal analysis & assessment of your legal rights & options

✤ If you know the nature of what you need help with, a paid consultation may be right for you

✤ If you have legal documents to be reviewed, the paid consult option would allow an attorney to read these beforehand

✤ An attorney can give advice based on the review of documents both prior and during the call. Should an attorney need additional time to do research or a memo based on the matter, an additional fee may apply

✤ This consultation is for those becoming a client (in which case this is their first project) or current clients who want to meet with an attorney for a specific need.

✤ This consultation will involve/lead to actual legal advice and/or a legal conclusion

✤ Time Duration: 1 hour payment minimum at current hourly rate ($300). Meaning, a 30 minute or 1 hour paid consultation will both be billed at the same rate even if the full hour is not used

✤ Privacy: Attorney has a duty of confidentiality and has formed an attorney/client relationship
